Dr. Carter is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.  The practice of Dr. Jeffrey Carter specializes in expert medical and surgical treatment of shoulder, knee and sports specific injuries.  We utilize advanced arthroscopic, minimally invasive, and injury specific rehabilitation techniques. 

Current techniques in sports injury rehabilitation ar emphasized to accelerate the return to pre-injury level of performance.  Rehabilitation is used to either avoid surgery or maximize the patient's return post-operatively.
